At LITA TRADING LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the
policy below.

1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 10 days from the delivery date.
Any return request made after 10 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be in perfect, unused condition
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in their original packaging
Show no signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
Be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or odors
LITA TRADING LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Swimwear
Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
Any product that does not meet the return condition requirements
Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon
delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty
If the returned item does not meet our policy requirements, it will be sent back to the
customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
